Submit the relevant content through Submittable, a submissions management tool used by publishers. Book Hub uses this tool to receive your incoming materials and to organize and process the project.


To use Submittable, click 'Submit' at the bottom of this section and follow these directions:

1) Create a username and password for your free account
2) Fill in the submission form (all fields marked with an asterisk are required)
3) Upload your content files and cover file (if you have one) in the specified formats
4) Click ‘Submit’ when you are finished

If you are submitting more than one book, you must fill out a submission form for each book. You may submit another book by clicking on the hyperlink titled “Return to Categories” on the submission page. Click on “Book Hub Inc. Submissions” to fill in another form.

You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your files have been sent and your documents have been received.

Step 3:

Book Hub will review your submission and request for services and respond within ten days. You will then receive another email with further instructions. Once we’ve received all required information and materials needed to perform work on your behalf, we will begin!



In order to create the best understanding of the process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Expectation for Publisher/Author:

* Choose a service prior to submission. See our Complete List of Services.

* If applicable, provide electronic word document of book - Microsoft Word .doc document preferred. If your eBook has already been converted, please send that file. You will be contacted in the case that Book Hub requires you send your book in an additional file format.

* If applicable, send images as 300 dpi resolution or greater to ensure the best visual appearance.



It is the responsibility of the publisher or author to prepare in advance all requested information in order to save time and costs. Please keep in mind that the quickest and most efficient way to process your submission is to fill out the submission form in as much detail as possible.

*Packages and agreements include no-contract publishing package, and all-inclusive production, distribution, and marketing agreements (with contract).

If your work is accepted, Book Hub will send you further instructions on how to complete the submission process. Once we’ve received all required information and materials needed to perform work on your behalf, we will begin!

* Provide an eBook-specific ISBN for your book. You cannot use an ISBN that has been previously assigned to another book or to the print edition of your eBook. If you do not have an ISBN, Book Hub can assign one for you on your behalf, for the cost of the ISBN(s) plus an administration fee (If this is the case, please enter '123' in the ISBN field, and indicate in the Notes section of the form that you will be needing an ISBN). Additional information on purchasing or assigning ISBNs can be found at the Bowker Identifier Services website.
